DVD PICK OF THE WEEK. – LOCKOUT

This week’s DVD pick has to be Luc Besson’s (Taken) sci-fi action film Lockout. The film which stars Guy Pearce as SNOW a man wrongly convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage against the U.S. He is offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates. We all know it’s basically Escape from N.Y., but that’s a majority of the fun of the film. Bringing back the classics, funny punch lines, great action, and a hero going up against impossible odds.
