Producer Storm Watkins gives us another freebie, beat-tape entitled “KING WATKINS IV” in the celebration of his 21st birthday. Storm hopes to step into the booth as an emcee and was holding on to this fire for his debut rap project, but decided against it. His loss is definitely our gain though.
