Indonesian action star Iko Uwais will be back on the big screen in 2014 with the release of Gareth Evans’ The Raid 2: Berandal. The first film a modern day classic in the kung-fu genre was set entirely in a run down project, the sequel looks to build on the world, characters and scope of the story. Though the snippet only shows us a glimpse of key action sequences, and leaves us asking more questions it does have that gritty feel to it that made the first so great and endearing.  Iko Uwais, Arifin Putra, Alex Abad, Oka Antara, Tio Pakusadewo, Julie Estelle, Cecep Arif Rahman, Cok Simbara, Yayan Ruhian, Matsuda Ryuhei, Endo Kenichi, and Kitamura Kazuki star.
