On Repeat. Beach House – Myth

The first leak off of Beach House’s upcoming new album “Bloom” arrives from Sub Pop on May 15 in the United States . The 10-track album, the follow-up to 2010’s breakout Teen Dream, will also send the band on a small U.S., and European tour before they head to Europe over the summer.

I first got into their music from last year’s break out album “House of Balloons” from  Canada’s own The Weeknd. Two of my favorite cuts on this album were sampled from Beach House’s.

Doing research on the samples, forced me to go back and listen to the original source. I’ve since become a fan who’s looking forward to their new album Bloom which is dropping May 15th. If the rest of the album sounds like this first leak, I think May 15th Beach House will deliver an instant classic on the indie scene.
