The Fox singing competition “American Idol” has announced the addition of two stars, rapper Nicki Minaj and country singer Keith Urban, who join Mariah Carey and the only original panelist Randy Jackson for Season 12. The panel now touches most of the major music industries genres, by adding Minaj and Urban who are its first judges with backgrounds in rap and country.
