Christopher Franklin Weaver, 33, was fresh out of the Lane County Jail for a whole 55 minutes, before he was arrested for allegedly robbing a bank in Eugene, Oregon. Weaver had been booked into jail on a parole violation stemming from sexual abuse charges and failing to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Weaver was released from jail along with 32 other inmates due to budget restraints. Weaver walked out of the jailhouse at 11 a.m. Thursday, headed to a bank about a mile away, and according to police, held the bank up, and was then arrested.
