UK & Chicago come together in a big way as James Blake recruits the enforcement of Chance The Rapper who’s been hotter than fish grease as of late. The results of their successful collaboration is the phenomenal revisit of James’ ‘Life Round Here.’ After premiering on BBC Radio 1, Blake discussed the collaboration with BBC’s Zane Lowe:
“I really like his mixtape and saw him at South by Southwest, I just thought his voice would work really well. I never felt the track was finished, even when it went on the album, I always thought there was space for something else.”
The single is a reworking off Blake’s sophomore album Overgrown, which is now available on iTunes.
