A “Fantasy Slut League” was exposed at Piedmont High School in Piedmont, California, was loosely modeled after the ever-popular fantasy sports leagues, with male students drafting females instead of drafting athletes. And instead of baseball or football, the game was sex. And the league was quite real, instead of being just fantasy. Officials at the Bay Area high school say they are taking steps to deter the type of behavior that led to the ‘fantasy slut league’, in which the male students “drafted” female students and earned points for documenting sexual activity with them. Richard Kitchens, the school’s principal, sent a letter to parents last week informing them of the existence of the league and saying there was a “general recognition that over the past 5-6 years such a league has existed in one form or another as part of ‘bonding’ for some Varsity Teams during their seasons of sport,” according to a copy of the letter.
