Ed Reed Flys With The Houston Texans

It has been awhile when Ed Reed served the Baltimore Ravens for 11 seasons. The Houston Texans have become the new home of the ex-raven as he signed up for an agreement last Wednesday night. Based on Reed’s financial adviser , La Canfora, that the deal is set to pay 6 million dollars per season.

Ed Reed, now 34, is aiming for the position of future Hall of Famer who obtain the record of 61 interceptions in his entire career wherein seven were nailed touchdowns. Apparently, Reed scores a total of 13 touchdowns from the 9 trips to Super bowl and way up to All-Pro notch.

A first-round pick out of Miami, Reed was named the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year in 2004 He was hailed as NFL’s Defensive Player in 2004 when Reed started his first pick in Miami.

Reed takes the last leave of all Super Bowl champs in Raven right after R.Lewis retired from last season followed by P. Kruger and D. Ellerbe who left for cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins. As Reed goes to Houston, Raven now faces the tough challenge of uplift their morale with players such as James Ihedigbo, Omar Brown and Christian Thompson to rely on to future NFL games.
