Legendary indie innovator and film director Larry Clark (KIDS) releases a collab project with shoe designer Eugène Riconneaus, entitled “New Work”. The expansive art venture expresses itself as an photography art series as well as an limited edition skate shoe, announced this week in Paris.
‘Young Users 2000′”, a soon-to-be-released series that documents skate wheel tracks left on the ground around Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris over the course of 6 years. The effort is described as an “artistic encounter” that “explores new esoteric, erotic, and forbidden dimension of adolescence.”
The second part of their brainchild creation includes the skate shoe, designed for French brand ER Souliers de Skate. An burgeoning company starting in just 2013, this independent French skateboarding and lifestyle shoe brand, will be making their first North American market at the 2015 Capsule Trade Show in Las Vegas.
