Rapper & singer D-Why goes “Bob Dylan” on us, for a moment to record A Song for Newton, the track is available on iTunes with 100% of the proceeds to the Sandy Hook Elementary School Fund set up by The United Way.

D-Why had this to say about the track.

“I was so troubled and touched by this terrible tragedy. I have nieces and a nephew who are the same ages as the children who were lost in Newtown. I can’t fathom what the families and friends of those lost are going through, but I hope that this song can bring a little solace to those affected by the tragedy. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Newtown community.”
