Bank Robbery, A Family Affair

A father, son and daughter were arrested in Katy, TX on suspicion of robbery after a credit union in the Katy area was held up at gun point. Ronald Catt, 50 and his two children, son Hayden, 20 and daughter Abby, 18, were arrested last week for the Katy robbery and are being held on suspicion of at least seven bank robberies in at least two states, Texas and their home state of Colorado. The Catt’s recently moved to Texas. The break in the case came from bank footage of the Oct. 1 robbery at the Katy credit union when  two men in orange vests who appeared to be Ronald and his son Hayden, enter the credit union armed and rob it, exit and proceed to a car driven by who appears to be Abby. The orange vests were traced to a local Home Depot and the Catt’s were seen on the stores video surveillance purchasing the disguises. Ronald and Hayden Catt are being held in the Fort Bend County Jail on a $140,000 bond and charged with armed robbery. Abby Catt’s bond is set at $100,000.
