Jesse Jackson, Jr. Missing Once Again…

Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr., who was released from the Mayo Clinic this week, has reportedly missed an important meeting with House Democrats on Wednesday, making people ask whether he will return to Congress for any of the infamous lame-duck session. Jackson, 47, who was diagnosed earlier this fall with bipolar disorder, has been on medical leave since June 10th. He reportedly is under federal investigation on allegations he misused campaign funds. On Nov. 6th, Jackson, who entered Congress in 1995, was re-elected for another two-year term. The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., revealed Tuesday that Jackson had left after his second stay there, and issued a statement Wednesday indicating that Jackson remains under medical care “to manage and treat depression.”
