A Cup Of Coffee Keeps The Skin Cancer Away (STUDY.)

Coffee CupCoffee drinkers rejoice as a new study has strongly suggested that people who regularly partake of the brewed beverage, may actually be protected against malignant melanoma – one of the leading causes of skin cancer deaths.

The research, which was published in JNCI: Journal of the National Cancer Institute, is based on almost 450,000 responses to a survey of 50 to 71-year-olds, which included an extensive 124-question food and diet section, making it the largest to date to evaluate the relationship between melanoma and coffee drinking. The results suggest that those who drink more than four cups of coffee on a daily basis were 20% less likely to develop malignant melanoma than non-coffee drinkers.

“Our results, and some from other recent studies, should provide reassurance to coffee consumers that drinking coffee is not a risky thing to do,” said study researcher Erikka Loftfield to the Washington Post. “However, our results do not indicate that individuals should alter their coffee intake.”

So, if someone gets in your face about you being on edge, after drinking ALL the coffee creamer. Tell that man to “BACK OFF!” and keep the sunscreen, cause you won’t be needing it.
