Get the new J.D. Salinger biography and unravel one of the most intriguing mysteries that has emerged from the literary world. Whatever happened to J.D. Salinger after his monstrous and impacting book ‘Catcher In The Rye’ hit shelves? With a tentative arrival between 2015 and 2020, a series of posthumous Salinger releases are planned, according to Salinger, co-written by David Shields and Shane Salerno, whose book will be published Sept. 3. The Associated Press obtained an early copy. Salerno’s documentary on the author ‘Salinger‘ is scheduled to come out Sept. 6th. Did you know that Salerno spent some $2 million of his own money and traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe in search of material?However,  Matt Salinger, who helps run the author’s literary estate and son of Salinger, was not immediately available for comment.
