Maggie Horn & Sammy Bananas, better known as Telephoned, come together once again to cover early 2000’s R&B classic songs. The short, yet ingenious EP covers Amerie’s “One Thing”, Usher’s “U Don’t Have To Call,” J. Lo’s “I’m Real,” & my personal favorite cut of the EP 50 Cent’s paranoid anthem for the ages “21 Questions”. I almost left out the best part, they’re all sung over Clams Casino beats.
