This comprehensive and engrossing documentary was last screened on VH1 this past Saturday. I was able to view it, and as a fan of certain songs of Bob Marley’s it turned me into a ride or die fan of Bob’s. The film covers the life, success, trials & tribulations the music legend. “Marley” director Kevin Macdonald has crafted the ultimate musical documentary experience. You don’t need to be a fan of his music to enjoy this satisfying film, but you will be by the end of it. This was a fantastic cinematic experience that gives us a look at the man while still maintaining his mystique.
