Dolores Cortes’ 2012 children swimwear line has a fresh and beautiful face and has been hand-picked as the main model in ads for DC Kids. The cherubic Valentina Guerrero, who was born in September with Down Syndrome, and was introduced to the world of fashion by Cortes at a runway show last Friday in Miami, bringing the fashionista tot out to crawl the catwalk, AdWeek reports. Cortes said in a statement that “people with Down syndrome are just as beautiful and deserve the same opportunities, and I’m thrilled to have Valentina modeling for us.” DC Kids USA  has stated that it will donate 10 percent of proceeds from its latest collection to the Down Syndrome Association of Miami.
